Hello, I've been reading on the web about the WW2 servicemen interened on the Curragh during the emergency and was very impressed with Matt's site and articles. But I read about 2 Canadian pilots who crashed close to the Curragh and thinking they had crashed in Scotland they decided to go to a local pub to celebrate their survival. When they entered the pub they were shocked to see it full of German servicemen, all from K lines camp. Is this story true? And if so what pub did they visit? I live locally and woundn't mind having a drink there! Thanks for any help.
