Paddy Slattery (RIP) The death has occurred of Patrick SLATTERY of Ironhills, Suncroft, Kildare Following a short illness, at Naas General Hospital. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Lily, sons, daughters, sister, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace Reposing at his family home on Saturday from 11am. Removal on Saturday evening at 5.15pm, to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, The Curragh, at 6pm. Burial on Sunday, after 11.30am Mass, in Suncroft Cemetery. Condolences to the Slattery family at this time. Matt McNamara & Family Newbridge

My deepest condolences to the Slattery family on your great loss .Paddy joined and trained in McDonagh Barracks the same time as me may he RIP. The Curragh has lost another well know and great character and soldier. Anthony

Sincere sympathy to Lily, Helena and the Slattery family on the sad passing of Paddy. Paddy was a fellow member of the Curragh Choir, he will be sadly missed by all.

I would also like to add my sincere sympathy to Lilly and all the slattery family on the passing of Paddy. Like many other people I have many good memories of the years spent in Mc Donagh pitch & Putt club. Without people like Paddy Mc Donagh pitch putt club would have disappeared years ago. He will be sadly missed.

Very sad to hear of "Sla"s passing we was a great member of the Curragh , both Army and a resident.....had a brill few days with him in Cyprus a good few years ago ....great man to sing a song!!!
