I would like to express my Condolences To Irene, Family and friends. I was very sad to hear of Billy's passing.
Billy was as you know a gentleman and a good friend to the members of this forum and loved the Curragh Camp where he grew up.
May he rest in peace.

So so sorry to hear about Billy, you would always have the craic with him when he would meet you out somewhere. My deepest condolences to Irene and all her family, and also to Billys brothers.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Billy O'Connor. Billy loved the Curragh Camp and loved to share his memories here on the forum and elsewhere. My condolences to his family at this sad time.

I am deeply shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Billy(Boc) O Connor,RIP. a friend and neighbour from Pearse.
Billy as we all know loved the Curragh and was delighted with being re-aqquainted with so many old friends through this forum. A gentle man with a great wit and a brilliant sense of humour. Like Mary I am shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Billy (BOC).
A great loss to Irene and family and his brothers, he will be sadly missed. Another Ex-Camper gone to his eternal rest. One of the best.
Deepest sympathy Irene and family and the O'Connor brothers on your immense loss.

Goodbye to a great Friend. Billy (BOC) may you have eternal peace and rest, In moments like this, one realizes that it's very hard to express the deepest loss, that can possibly be felt. My Condolence to the O CONNER FAMILY on the passing of Billy who was a very good friend of mine back in the sixty's as I can remember Billy was a happy go lucky lad and always good for a laugh I am sure he will be deeply missed by all his friends and family may he rest in peace.

Great to see so many people pay their respects to Billy R.I.P.
Golfers, chess players, ex comrades from the Army Curragh and ex Curragh people and Newbridge people in abundance, not to mention family and relatives.
