The following photographs were sent to me by Barbara Mullins and are of some of the cast of the Musical "The Boyfriend", which ran in the Curragh Girls School in November 1968. Thanks again to Barbara for sharing these photographs with us. Matt

Barbara, I passed on the details of accessing this info to my sister Judy (one of the cast) and she was delighted and surprised to see it. It brought back fond memories for her. I also remember it well as I lived near the girls' school and would go over to the show for the second half each night! Billy Hyland.

Rose, Billy, Mary & Judy
The musicals and shows were very professional and there was and is a lot of talent in the Curragh. Glad that the photos revived many memories for you. Wasn’t it well for you Billy, getting in to the shows every night!!

Hi Barbara,
Great snaps and data of the musicals in the Gym, I especially liked reading the program as I read the names some of the faces of the people leapt out at me, ie Mickey Potts Paddy's dad.
Your parents likewise, Frankie R.I.P. Michael I run into occasionally in Newbridge but I forgot about Christy he was in Plunkett, not sure if there were more of you in the family.
Cammy has not changed a bit
Andy

hi Barbara.
I recognised Cammy and Anne immediately but when I saw Deirdre's photograph it took a few seconds to register - because we have kept in contact all these years and meet quite often after nearly too many years to mention!!! To me people never change but it is amazing when you look back on those photographs .... God how time flies and the things you forget about and all of a sudden your memory is jogged - this is a wonderfull site and God bless Matt McNamara and the rest of the crew that have brought so many people back together and reconnected - whereelse would you get it only those that hailed from the Curragh Camp in the good old days.
Thanks again Barbara.
Mary Keane.
