Hi All The following photograph was sent to me from Flt Sgt Noel Daly (Air Corps) . Noel is son of Ex-CQMS Albert Daly who passed away in August 1999. Noel recently opened the back of the photo frame and found the list of names of all personnel on the NCO course, including instructors. Service No: 87542 CQMS Daly retired in 1988 after completing over 40 years service in the Defence Forces. He died in the General Military Hospital in the Curragh in 21 November 1952 at only 34 years of age. He was named at centre half-back on the Gaelic Athletic Association's "Team of the Millennium" in 1999. Matt

Hi Andy, I think the McGlynn family lived in either Connoly or Ceannt, their son Peter went into the Aer Corps Apprentice School in the mid 60s he is currently the PRO for the Roger Casement Branch ONE.

Thanks Liam
I do have the odd chat with Michael McGlynn when we are on grandchild collection duty from the schools, will ask him when next we meet.
And the Mc Glynns lived in Connolly that is the last address I remember them at they were in the house down stairs under us
