Hi Ant, I think everyone is hibernating It’s so cold. I bumped into Con a few weeks ago in Balham he looked well. I am sure as soon as the weather picks up you will have everyone coming out of their hidey- holes and we can all make arrangements to meet up
Cheers Magx

Hi Ant, Mag and All my lovely Friends, Haven't been on air for quite some time,so I'm glad to see everyone is getting on ok. The weather has indeed been very unkind to us since Christmas, certainly putting a halt to any gatherings or such like. I've missed meeting up with all of you and hopefully next time we might have a couple of 'new faces' in our midst!!! Hello Con hope you're keeping well and regards also to MaryC, Kathyo and Eileen. Seeing that tomorrow is the 1st day of spring it might put a 'spring in our steps as well and hopefully in a couple of weeks we can start thinking of arranging a long overdue meeting of the clan. In the meantime take care and look forward to talking to all of you in the near future. Bye for now MaryF

Hello Mary F. How nice to see you posting again. We've missed your quill of knowledge so much. Yeah would be good to hold a gathering and get all the MPS fell in for a good craic.
Cheers Ant.

Strange that there has been no response from our members of the Morden Platoon regarding the holding of a get-together. Maybe you have all left the country, just like I did for a couple of weeks, to enjoy the beautiful weather of the Middle East. Please give this matter your kind attention by proposing an early date and venue for a meeting. Regards

Hello All my lovely Mordeners. Lord its been a while since we all got together, far to long methinks! I'm going to take the bull by the horns and throw out a few dates and see if we can get the ball rolling on our next meeting. Sat 22nd June, or Sats 6th,13th or 27th July. that should give people a bit of a choice. So hopefully when we get a few replies we'll be able to settle on the date thats best for the majority! Once we've got a day we can sort out the venue which is probably best in central london for the people travelling in from further afield. Look forward to hearing from one and all, maybe a couple new members(who I've been delighted to meet on fb) might join us! Fingers crossed eh? Enjoy the lovely weather everyone. MaryF
