Can anyone verify whether the alternative spelling for Curragh is Currach?

The present Curragh has its origin in ancient history. The ancient name is "Cuirreach Life," or the Curragh of the Liffey. Click on the the following link for more details. www.esatclear.ie/~curragh/earlyhistory.htmRegards, Brendan

Well Johnny, just thinking how lucky are the residents in O.P that the council took their houses in charge and they were able to purchase them, or who knows what fate might have awaited them.
At the rate things are going married quarters as we know them will only be available in our memories or photos.
Thankful that I had so many years to grow up in them.
