Promise if I ever get to the stage again where I am considering pulling it out, I will keep it in a safe place for yourself and Joey, you can get two nice rugs made.

Hi Anne,
Olive filled me in, did'nt know you had not been well, delighted to hear your good news.
Am pleased to say, my daughter is doing very well at present, Thank God she was disagnosed with a serious illness in August, 2008 and last January it peaked and things got quite scary, still attending many appointments, but as I say nearly out of the woods.
Have got very good at the prayers again, will keep you in them.
Look after yourself,
Rose.

Hi CARMEL ANNE ROSE, Just reading your threads, I went through the mill myself recently and on getting the all clear i arrived home from Dublin and straight into the local, and proceeded to get moggified, all the lads that knew me thought i had won the lotto, as i never spoke a word but had a silly grin from ear to ear, and when i had enough i wandered off home, and still with a silly grin on my puss, her indoors asked was i in the Glen with the army, and when i looked into her eyes and blurted out isint it great to be able to stand here and speak to each other, and when i told her the good news that i had passed my tests with flying colurs she said what tests, my heart there is one there and it is as sound as the rock of cashel,i didnt tell you as i didnt want to worry you, and she yalled ta very much, but it would be nice to be informed, she said a problem shared is a problem halved, but says i there is no problem no worries can you stick on the kettle and i will make us a cuppa tea.

Hi Johnny,
Well done on passing your exams, we take good healh for granted a lot of the time and think awful things only happen to other people until we get the kick in the butt, I suppose we are coming to an age where health issues are starting to raise their ugly heads, if there are health problems with our offspring its no longer the cutting of a back tooth or nappy rash.
I dont' see myself as old but I do accept that I am no longer a teenager even if I do think like one. I am now a woman of a certain age where massive doses of HRT are required to keep the peace within our household, the old man calls them his quiet life tablets and as long as I don't set the house on fire he reckons he can cope with the fallout. I now make several contributions a day to Global Warming, and can't wait to see what I am going to change into. Am hoping it will be a Princess.
Good health to you all.
Rose.

Hi Rose, Johnny, Anne, and Limerick. Never was a truer word spoken Rose about us taking our good health for granted. We're all as you say of a certain age where taking pills daily has become not only a routine but a necessity and like yourself inside I feel like a teenager its just a pity that the old bones have begun to crumble. According to my doc and MRI/CAT scans I've been assured the brains pristine the hearts sound as a pound and I seemingly have the blood pressure of a 20year old just need their body now and I'll be grand In the meantime I'll just have to avoid falling over,or walking into things and cracking up!!! I'm so glad that you Rose,Johnny,Anne and Limerick and everyone else who has been through the mill have turned a corner and hope the recovery is long lasting as well. Cheers heres to all our Good Health SLAINTE MaryF

Hi All Ihave a rule that a good day is when you wake up and open your eyes thats a good start, feet onto the floor a bonus, no matter what way we are there is always someone out there worse off and with bigger problems thanourselves, I ENJOY EVERY DAY AS IT COMES, as if it were my last, I hate to hear people whinging about everything and any thing, oh my door is stuck, etc, Slainte good health to one and all, Have a nice day, COME ON IRELAND.
