Hi Joey I to wish Johnny a happy birthday but I do not think that he would appreciate us being premature as it still friday and he does not want to be as young as you and me number wise

Hi Everyone Don't remember most of you as you are all much younger than me, just remember the kelly brothers (Joey, jerry, and johnny) I Lived in bottom block (East end) around Late 50's remember Tucker's, Murphy's (Donal, Seamus) Cunningham,s (Top Block) Mcloughlins, Brannigan's. As this is my first attempt I think I'll stop now

Hi Paddy, I last spoke to John Mc Namee about two months ago, he is living around Portlaoise having retired from the Army, he is in great shape, never had a pick on him anyway. I will let him know the next time we meet, that we are in contact. Hi Johnny do you feel the coldin that spare hip?. Is that JJ Curran who once lived in Plunkett in the early 50s and then moved to Pearse, and was also a member of the No 1 Army Band?.
Regards JKelly

Hi JJ Good to hear from you I thought you were a bandsman as you ha djust left the School before I joined in 65, only spent 2 years there until I was 17 and then joined the regulars. I often meet Mick Switzer as he lives in Newbridge. I will remember you to him, Donal Douglas family left the Camp many years ago whereabouts uk and no word from him since. have not seen Tony Weller in a long long time. I presume you are now living in Athlone, if you see George Wykes, remember me to him.

Hi Kathyo, I cannot find Patty's address just now I only have phone contact I will tell her, you were asking for her, and get her address. As regards B&B in Newbridge, I strongly recommend Bela Vista Bed and Breakfast in Newbridge, about 1,000 meters To the Town Centre. Landlady is a great person and prices very reasonable. Phone No 045 431047 usual codes apply when ringing from England 0035345431047 or E/mail belavista@eircom.net. Prices €35-40 per night Regards JoeyK

Hello Joey,
Thank you so much for this. I have just looked and the Bela Vista B&B and it looks good, am now waiting to confirm with Kathy the dates and we can then book flights and hotels. Really looking forward to visiting the Curragh Camp after spending more of my life in the UK and Australia, it will be a real trip down memory lane and look forward to hopefully meeting up with you all.
Best wishes.
Eileen
