Dragoons at Curragh

Just wondering if I could have a bit of help my G Grandfather Dragoon Guards 3rd was at Curragh with his wife and family my Grandfather was born there in 1900 My G Grandfather was called George Septimus Newton his wife Sarah Jane Newton / ne Hartley they married in 1897 I can find nothing on this man all we know is he died in South Africa in 1904 wondering if anyone can point me in right direction to find out more.
