Hi Folks.
i met one of your famous people to visit The Curragh. Stirling Moss many times as he owns lots of property in London. I used to carry out work in his properties as a builder. I also worked on his house in 1982. This appeared on tv guess who's house it was. I have a few invoices as keep sakes with his headed paper. He used to ride around London on a moped. Ant

Hi Matt Cannot remember what part it was, and try as I might I cannot spot it in the film,it could even have been cut from the film. But I do remember as a young lad watching the proceedings, my having taken a day's French leave from school to look for Golf Balls, and a person telling me what film it was. You are right in saying Matt that it was a great film. Loved the Ceili part music was superb. Regards JK

I remember Hal Roache doing a Radio show broadcasted from Plunkett Dining Hall, he got as thick as a plank with the audience as they were chatting and laughing in the wrong place, he was that bad as a comedian we made our own jokes. Regards JK

Joey I was at that, a bit upset he was, I only appreciated some of his jokes in later life and he did go through his life telling his jokes all clean ones.
