Not surprised at all when they voted to leave, they did so not, I say again not looking out side the big box,at the consequences for themselves and their nearest neighbours. So I say tough luck. We our little Island will fair better without them. If they want to crawl back in to Europe they should comply with current currency and current EEC laws. WHY did they try to fix something that was Not broken, with the exception of the Pound. It was always a bone of contention with me that England did not adopt the Euro. Now look at the crisis the country is in, having to firstly give out all those concessions at home and then try and convince Europe that they are fixing the sinking ship. Sorry I seem so harsh, it was their team that was fielded, and it did not play right, hence the big loss. Regards to all. The Chariot is grounded for a long time. Lets see if Ben Herb is available to get it back on track. KELLQUINN Back for awhile.

Kellquinn I must agree with you. They were never european. Throughout the centuries they have tried to manipulate the world from their island. Now that it is no longer possible they retreat back to their island. They forget that the empire is no longer. It is now for Ireland to benefit from being the only English speaking nation in the EU with the lowest corporation tax. Thank you england.

Good to have your input again Joey. Some interesting opinions on Brexit. Up to our lot to make hay while the sun shines, Britain loss / losses could be our gain, if our lot don't give it away.

Hi All. I think it was a protest vote and it came as no surprise to me. Many people have been let down in this country by the politicians . This was power in the hands of the people and they used it. Voted out and time will tell if i was right. Why should non elected Eurocrat`s who you can`t vote out run your country. Mr David CAMRON HAS BEEN TOSSED OUT OF NUMBER 10. He was voted in to serve a full term and then said he would not. When the vote did`nt go his way he decided to jump ship after 3 months. We'll funny thing he had to pack his bags in a hurry.
I hope Ireland do well from the Brexit .
I could give hundreds of reasons why we are better off out but life is too short. I hope i can still be friends with all you Europeans . ANT.

Does this mean the PM Mrs May might ask to replay the Iceland game again, until they get the right result?
