On behalf of myself and Anne's family I would like to thank everyone who posted their condolences. it is very much appreciated, its only when you are trying to come to terms with the loss of a family member, that you see the true value of this section of the forum.
As a child growing up in the Curragh I remember when a death took place, the neighbours would rallying round sometimes making a collection to help out, doing anything they could to assist the family come to terms with their loss. With ex Curragh people living abroad and all over Ireland In a way I think the friends and relatives section has replaced this kind act.
Again Thanks to all who posted
God Bless Tommy Sweeney

Tommy, I'm only reading this now, and am so sorry to not only learn of Anne's death, but also that of your brother Paul. As a former next door neighbour of yours, it just brings home to me how our lives are lived in the blink of an eye, when I can remember so well us all as kids growing up and playing and fighting and making up again, all in the space of an hour! My sincere condolences to you on your sad loss, Seamus.
