Hi Jerry D of Combat Boots fame. Received your present from Jude Mc Guire, many, many, thanks, and I enjoyed them looking at the last Leinster Game, hope you are keeping in good shape and that your trip is going easily enough. Would love to be with you sharing a can or even a crate, as a bird never flew on one wing. All the best for now, cheers and God bless. "Up Pearse" JoeyK

Hi Johnny You say the Hip is a year old on Tuesday, keep slagging like that and it won't see two, it is so easy for the likes of Manu to buy players and keep their place in the Championships, if the Hammers had that kind of money we would be up there at the top as well, however as a good and fair sportsman I am happy enough with the Hammers performance this season and I only want them to stay up this year, and who knows with an injection of cash even from NAMA we can do better, by the way that Keyboard of yours needs attention as the numeral 3 seems to be stuck. Regards Your Brother Joey A Very, Happy. Happy Hammerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

And while I'm at it!. Is this not the Overseas Thread?, just noticed that the forum is getting a bit out of shape with the postings going astray and I think that the postings should be sent to the proper threads "only my opinion". It would make for better reading particularly for the newer members. Better Management also. Maybe we could start a sporting thread, dealing with Soccer,Racing,Rugby etc. By the way Johnny best wishes to you and Rose on the 38th Anniversary. Regards JoeyK

Hi Paddy
a lot of hurt and sadness caused to the youth of the Curragh by farmers dropping poison willy nilly all over the place, a dirty cruel way for any animal to die. I remember forcing washing up liquid down one of my dogs and swinging him by the back legs to make him sick sometimes it worked sometimes not hard work as the dog weighed a couple of stone and this happened in Suncroft not that many years ago. The most objectionable part of this practice was the throwing the poisoned meat so far into the back yard me kids could have come into contact with it and the poor farmer didn't give a bollo
