To ACF Moore,
I believe he was a Commandant,
he was Michael Collins Aide de Camp and Chief of Security so I am told
he died in the 50's before I was born. Full shebang military funeral and all

Hi Martin , I lived in number 20 Connolly block. I was five or six. I remember you .I remember your sister Breda baking an apple tart in our oven. My father had a motor bike. I played with Margie Doyle and Theresa Cavanagh. I have very fond memories of the Curragh and I love it.It breaks my heart to see the lovely buildings crumble.I hope life is kind to you and your family.Kind regards,Clare Ging

Hi Ned, I am indeed his eldest daughter. My dear Dad passed away on 4th Sept 1969 suddenly. He was only 44 years old.My brother John was 15 at that time and John joined the army and retired a couple of years ago and his daughter Emma is in the army now.(She was in the equestrian school)John's two sons are into motor bikes (racing only at Mondello and up the north)I have great memories of traveling to and from Ballytore sitting in front of my father on the tank of his motor bike or sandwiched between my mam and dad.
