Hi Lads,
While I was in the Tech Mrs Deaney was the Domestic Science teacher, she was good fun, very down to earth. There was a teacher there while Monica was attending Mr. McGogician was his name. Am sure Andy would remember him, can remember Monica coming home with some stories, as far as I can remember he was'nt exactly street wise when it came to dealing with the students sense of humour. Anyone remember Mrs Stewart she taught english.
Rose.

Tim Houlihan
What can I say, a living legend. Taught me everything there is to know about fishing and how to catch the Rainbow Trout in the River Liffey.
Hi Tim and welcome to the forum.

Hi Johnny
Welcome to the forum and I am sure you will make some great contributions to the various threads, starting with the Post Office, because if I remember correctly you were a postman there during the 80's . If you dig out he picture house ticket I am sure they will fine some place to display it in the museum. Anyhow nice hearing from you and I do hope Tim checks in every now and again on the forum from Cambodia and keep us updated.
All the best
Matt

hello matt and yes your memory serves you well, i worked part time at the post office, tim hasn`t been intouch from cambodia yet but when he does ill keep you up-dated, no doubt hes caught a couple of mermaids on his trip. hi joey its not tommy its johnny, ive met you a good few times at home over the years and even then you were still calling me tommy. if you could get a phone number for gene tim would be greatful. tommy your right i never bought that ticket either, was it you that our joe knocked off your bike with a sling? i think the last time we met tommy was in the stands at the curragh race course in the 80`s. and as for you the famous joe mcguire the last i saw of you was the soles of your shoes vanishing out the toilet window of the rising sun with all our money, after taking bets on the F.A.cup final, you owe me £20. but we`ll forget about that, im living in london and would love to meet up some time newbury`s not to far away. regards to all and ill be intouch soon johnny NOT tommy.
