Hi Rose,BOC, Andy. My Musical ability was so versatile, that I could have played the Fiddle, or blown my Trumpet, however I settled for the Clarinet, and while it has been nearly 50 years since I last blew one, A Clarinet I mean!. I could still knock out Acker Bilk's Stranger On The Shore. PS I can also knock out a tune on the Old Tin Whistle. How's about that. Gosh BOC it's been awhile since I have been called Kelloggs. Regards and best wishes to all. JoeyK (Kelloggs) and Up Pearse.

Mr Kelly (Kelloggs)
Next time we have a jar in Mess you will have to entertain us with a few tunes on your tin whistle, if you are not in posession of one, I can supply same, have a daughter can knock a tune out when the humour is on her.
When doing the piece on the nicknames am surprised you forgot you had one.
Hope all is well with you and Kelly and family.
Rose.

Hi My name is Matthew McNamara (Blackie). I went to the Curragh Camp Boys School from Sept 1971 to July 1979. The principal or (Headmaster) as we used to call at the time was Mr Fitzgerald (Fitzy) Does anybody remember his leather strap ?? My first teacher was Mrs Murphy. A great woman on the piano! My other Teachers were: Mrs Ryall Mrs Costello (Communion Class) Mr Costello (Bushy) Mr Doolan Mr Deely Mr Byrne (Confirmation Class) My first few years were in the old school on O’Higgins Road and then in 77-78 we moved to the new school behind the Gym. I left the Boys School in 1979 and went to the New Vocational School in Newbridge. Anyhow if anybody knows me or went to school at the same time, feel free to e-mail me.
