Good Photos's Matt , First Photo and first Trooper from the right is I think Joe Dooley,Second Photo First Guy on the right looks like Noel Power . Great photos indeed Matt. Mucky does not appear to be too "mucked" up, not like the other poor guys in the photo that are under his "supervision". Keep them coming!!!!!

The following pictures were sent to me by Tpr Anthony Moore. Anthony trained in McDonagh Barracks and was posted to Plunkett Barracks in the early 1960's. He later served in the Congo. Anthony's Uncle (Simon Wickham) is in this photo along with others while on a cook's course in Connolly Barracks 1943 This photograph was taken not long after he joined up. The photograph was taken outside the Ritzy café in Wexford Town 1961 Thanks again Matt

The following picture was given to me by my brother Donal. It was taken in The Curragh Gym 1994 at the passing out of an MP Probationer Course. Ih the centre is Peter Coy surrounded by his Da JJ Coy, Uncles Philip Coy, Steve Coy, Donal McNamara, Matt McNamara and his cousin Bill Bohane. Matt

Hi Andy Must say it does look like jude but i think he would only have been around 7 or 8 when that photo was taken maybe its his dad it does look like a Maguire we will know soon enough if someone knows all the names. GERALDINE

Hi Andy. Unfortunately it is myself that hits th 20+40 on 27th January the same date of the Cullenstown tragedy in 1941. Johnny celebrates the big 59 on 8th January Elvis Presley's Birthday (No resemblance). Andy after you read this please destroy as I do not want the rest of the Forum to know my age, ( Vanity).
